Guests must:
- Familiarize themselves with safety, fire safety, and house rules.
- Immediately pay for any additional paid services upon booking.
- Wear certified life jackets when using boats, water bikes, and paddleboards.
- Ensure the safety of children if traveling with them.
Prohibited Actions:
- Smoking inside the cabins;
- Starting fires in unauthorized areas.
- Leaving candles unattended.
- Using towels, blankets, or other bedding items outdoors for unintended purposes.
- Using additional services (such as the sauna, hot tub, or water transport) without prior booking and payment.
- Igniting the hot tub stove if the tub is not fully filled with water.
- Pouring water on the electric sauna stove.
- Damaging or destroying property within the accommodations and surrounding areas.
Guests are fully financially responsible for any damage to or destruction of movable and immovable property within the accommodations and its grounds, as well as any material valuables, in accordance with Lithuanian law.
Guests are responsible for any potential accidents that may occur within the premises or outside its boundaries, including inside the cabin, on the terrace, in the yard, at the lake, in the sauna, and so on.
Liability of Guests:
- Each guest is individually responsible for the quality and freshness of any food they bring.
- When using water transport (boats, water bikes, paddleboards), guests must wear certified life jackets.
- Guests are fully financially responsible for any damage to or destruction of movable and immovable property within the premises and its grounds, as well as any material valuables, as outlined by Lithuanian law.
- The service provider is not liable for injuries or property damage incurred by guests or their children due to their own negligence, including violations of safety, behavior, fire safety, and house rules.
- Guests are responsible for any other potential accidents that may occur within the accommodations, on the terrace, in the yard, in the sauna, in the lake, in the hot tub, etc.
