Check-out time: by 12 PM.
House Rules:
Smoking is prohibited inside the premises.
It is forbidden to create a fire in unauthorized areas.
Leaving candles unattended is not allowed.
Using towels, blankets, and other bedding inventory outside for purposes other than intended is prohibited.
Please observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM and respect the privacy and rest of other guests.
It is prohibited to use additional services (i.e., sauna, hot tub, water transport) without prior booking and payment or notifying the service provider.
Fire Safety Rules:
Fires may only be created in designated areas, such as the designated fire pit and the hot tub stove.
Before starting a fire in the hot tub stove, it is essential to check if there is water in the tub. Guests are financially responsible for any burnt or otherwise damaged hot tub.
Safety Rules:
Do not consume alcohol or other intoxicating substances in the hot tub or sauna, and do not swim in the lake or use watercraft (boat, water bike, paddleboard) after consuming alcohol or other intoxicants.
Smoking indoors is prohibited.
If you are arriving with a pet, ensure it does not pose a threat to other guests or their animals.
Be cautious with the property and grounds. You are financially responsible for any damaged or destroyed property.
When arriving with a child, adults must ensure the child is not left unattended near water, in the hot tub, sauna, or other areas. Adults are fully responsible for the safety of the children.
Before leaving the premises, please check that all devices are turned off and windows and doors are closed.
